SENTRON Communication Library for SIMATIC TIA-Portal

Hello, I am trying to read the measured values from a PAC3220 using a PLC S7-1200 CPU 1215C DC/DC/Rly. I am using the SENTRON Communication Library for SIMATIC TIA-Portal linked here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/bg/en/view/109752144 I this page a ZIP file is attached: SENTRON_MB_ComLib_V3.0_20200720.zip (25,3 MB). Inside the ZIP file there is a reference project and a reference PDF. The reference project compiles and works just fine. The problem is when I try to use it in my external project. I did as the reference PDF says "Open the demo project with TIA Portal. This contains prepared program examples in area “Demo”, all available function blocks and data types are contained in areas “SENTRON_Device_Library”. Copy all required function blocks and data types via “Drag & Drop” from demo project to your project. Take care to consider the dependency of it." However, when I try to compile my project I get the following error: "MB_TCP_PACXXXXX (FBXXX),The block can only be compiled with a valid password." I get the same error for all the function blocks provided by the SENTRON library. Can anyone please help me? Am I missing something? |
