Servo motor lost home position and shifted by angle 180 degree

VVago Posts: 784 Rating: (52)	Hello Experts, We have a packing machine that contains Elau servo motor, Elau drive and Wago PLC. Once,the servo motor lost home position and shifted by angle 180 degree.I don't know the reason for the problem but Iam sure that is electrical problem not mechanical problem because if it mechanical problem ,the load moved 180 degree only so it break the motor axes. From the SCADA ,I shifted the angle of servo motor 180 degree and the machine run O.K without any problem. We didn't make or change any thing before the problem happened. What do you think the reason for this problem in general? Best regards........

VVago Posts: 784 Rating: (52)	Hello, Our machine consist of several servo motors and stop in Zero degree.When the problem happened,all the servo motors stop at right position except one servo motor stop in a position shifted 180 degree from right position.So we shifted the angle of this sevo motor 180 degree from SCADA and the machine run O.K after that. What is the reason for this problem? Best regards.........
