Servo Motors will not move with 802C CNC

I have a new CNC Lathe with the 802C control. It was working OK for the first day, now, I can not jog any ofthe axes, the CNC Discplay shows them jogging (numbers are moving), but they are not actually moving. It did work before, but just stopped working now.

Also, how do I enter the password for a different level of programming? I can not enter tool offsets or anything, it says access denied, but I need to do that to program it. I have the password but how do I put it in?

Who supplied the machine and don't they give training ?

Check Siemens doc Operation and Programming Manual on chapter 7.2 page7-97.

This may help to set the password.

Dear sir

Check the bit "DB31.DBX1.3 " it belongs "axis/spindle dissable",
this signal can be used for running in and testing the part programs.

through this signal you can see the display changes without any response for

axis/spindle.

DB31.DBX1.3 = 1-------------------->axis/spindle dissable.
