Hi, If you are using SSL ID:W#16#B2 and Index 2, then it means you are trying to read the diagnostics of module in slot 2 of the central rack, and in slot 2 there is always CPU itself. So to start with you shall consider this for a module in some other slot, say slot 4 (index 4). See if you get the diagnostics of this module successfully. Plus you need to call SFC51 in a diagnostic OB (OB81) which means that module shall have diagnostics capablities. So first eneable module diagnostics in hardware configuration, download it, and then call SFC51 in OB81. Let us know how it went. Regards Manmeet

Himanmeet I am facing the same problem asflubber. I am using SFC51 to read diagnostics from all modules on the rack. Why it should be placed in the OB81? I cannot read it in OB1 ? I have made a loop in which I read status only from one module at one time. I think it is working, I am getting diagnostic data from SFC, but unfortunattely I do not know waht these data means. Is there any description of "diagnostic data record 1" ? Thanks in advance. Regards.
