Hi, The PI/PO parameters are your process input and output for materials. If you declare a PI called SP_Material, in your batch recipe, you can fill in a material name for the Input material tab. When the recipe is executed, the material code, material name and material desired quantity is send to the SFC and can be processed further. See attachment for all details about PI. Hi, The _Bxx are based on the tracking ID which is an additional value to identify the material (I never used it). The _Mxx are used as follows. When you have input the material in SIMATIC BATCH, the material code is sent to the SFC and is displayed as STRING format. For example, the material code is displayed at _M (input), and is send by SFC to output _MQ, which means active setpoint. A material always has a quantity and is available at the SFC. _Q shows the setpoint from batch, _AO shows the actual quantity from the automation program. |
