ShrdResS block doesn't work for data transfer between two CPU

Wehave the shared device in CPU#1 and this device need to be able controlled by the SFC in CUP#2. We usetwo ShrdResS block and connect cascaded. But the value from upstrem seems doesn't pass to the downstream Please see my attachment and my questions are 1. Do the ShrdResS block work for cross CPU data transfer? 2.
