Shunt Motor DC Drive system

I have a DC Drive system consisting of a field produced by 6RA7028-6DV62-0

SIMOREG DC Master rectifier, with microprocessor for four-quadrant drives Circuit (B6) A (B6) C input: 400 V 3AC, 75 A controllable: field rectifier D420/90 MREQ-GEG6V62 output: 420 V DC, 90 A output US rating: 420 V DC, 79 A field input 400 V output 325 V, 10 A

On the Armature side I have a control Board and thyristor Bridge - Photo attached So is this 6RA7028-6DV62-0 is totally independed or has something to Do with the Admature side Controls also ? If I connect on the Filed producing drive will I be able to see the Armature side parameters also ?

I want to perform a HEALTH CHECK of the armature side and the Field side drive - I am interested to Plot the firing pulses (if possible) , Voltage output from the bridge and the Current output on the oscilloscope or on drive monitor alternatively - How can I accomplish this ?

The SCR system of the Armature is controlled by this firing Board with a part number 943.1069.1c

is there an easy method to check thyristor (SCR) Health ?

How to check the Snubber circuit health ?
