SICAM WEB and set PRE3 as 61850 client

I need some help

I have a Siemens A8000 CP-8000 and a Siprotec 5 6MD85 Bay Controller.

I want to map the operational values of the relay to 104 IOA adresses on the RTU.

I use SICAM WEB and have set PRE3 as 61850 client + server ed. 2 rev 3.16

The IEC 61850 adresses seems to have some attributes errors. - Is it possible to generate a ICD file is the 61850 configurator and upload it to SICAM web and automatically set up all the configuration that has been done in 61850 configurator?
