Siemens Firefinder FSI RPM

Hi,

I am having a firefinder XLS panel where I need to communicate with it using a third party software,

the panel does have the RPM module (500-033270) installed , and I found the documentation how to connect with the RPM using RS-232 .

but I didn’t find any document describing the protocol FSI (Foreign System Interface), and how to know the telegram to communicate with the RPM.

thank you for your response,

my third party software is a custom developed SCADA software for specific application, but it has the capability to communicate through RS-232 , which I think the RPM module does support communication through RS-232.

what I want to know is what is the FSI protocol specification, I mean what ascii/hex characters I need to send from my software through RS232 to the RPM, and how to decode the response from the RPM module.

Regarding the support ticket to the US team, I don’t know how to do that , Is it possible to contact  expert on email?
