Siemens Modbus Master & Siemens Modbus Slave Comunication

I configuredtwo S7300 Stationwith CP341. One I configured as Modbus Master and one as Modbus Slave. I interconnected both the CP341 (one master & other slave). I was able to successfully send data from Master to Slave using Modbus Function 16 (i.e. Preset Multiple Registers). But I am unable to receive the data from Slave using Function 04 (Read Input Register). Can someone please tell me what is that I am missing. I am attaching the archived Step7 project for both the station as refrence.
