I have tired logging in as admin and running the installer as admin. I've also tried switching off Windows Defender, but it seems that it still gets errors... Could you tell us which version of TIA Portal V17 exactly you are installing (Unified, Professional...)? What version of Operating System do you have installed on your PC exactly? Can you take a screenshot using the "winver" command? On the other hand, is there a version already installed on the PC? Or is there nothing installed? It would still be interesting if you shared the list of installed software. Best regards!
