Siemens users in the US (OK)

I will be doing this in Oklahoma. I am in the lucky position that my boss is willing to keep me employed for 25% while I am in the States. I will be doing checking, programming and testing mostly. But also some commissioning for some of our US based clients. I already had contact with Siemens, and understand they only sell parts through distributors. My question, are there any American Siemens users here? If so, can you recommend any distributor? I prefer web based. I will also be needing other electrical components, wiring and tools. Any recommendations there? Hope someone can help me getting started :-)

You may contact them and get going. Alternatively, you may also find lot of independent contractors who may associate, support you in going forward. Just talk to AWC, and see if they do support your state. Alternatively, create a support request and seek the distributor address for your state. Hope this helps!

Basic tools like pliers, screwdrivers, etc. I like working with insulated tools, at least the drivers. What would be my best bet? Shops like Wal-Mart or Sears? What brands are advisable to use and what brands should I keep away from? Ton

But also Wal-mart also you will get but not all some time.....
