Signal Module 1223 dial flashing green

I've got my new signal module today, to add to the S7-1200 CPU, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I connect it to the right side of the CPU, and the 24vdc source, but the diag leg, is flashing green, and when I download the program, the outputs don't turn on. What did I do wrong? Thanks.

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 11/6/2024 Posts: 15385 Rating: (2443)	adriancampos TIA V11 SP2 I believe you need at a minimum of TIA Portal V11 SP2 Update 3. This week the current update is update 5. I would suggest adding update 4 or 5 (these updates are cumulative and you do not need to install all updates, just the latest).

I gonna try to explain what I did again, and I hope that give you any idea to help me. I got the module and conected it to the cpu, by the conexion that the cpu has at the right and the module at the left. I add the module in my project in TIA, conected with my CPU. Transfer the program to the CPU. The module still flashing, the outputs didn't switch on. Check the diagnostic status of the module, status: Unknown. Instal the update 5, Start again with every thing, Same result

Do you get any errors when downloading and starting the PLC program?
