SIMATIC HMI TP700 can't control the loaded PLC S7-300

Problem Description :

We have a system consits of PLC SIMATIC S7-300 and SIMATIC HMI TP700 comfort . While applying any order from the PLC the change can be observed on the HMI screen , on the contrary while pressing any button or enrgizing any device from the HMI screen there is no change affects either the system or the PLC I/O modules.

The Question is ?!

Is there a problem concerning the HW configuration or the existing problem is due to a faliure in the communication and calling system regarding tags or IP?

I mean if you can attach an image of your H.W. configuration, program and assignment list ?

Is this a previously working machine or one that you are working on?  In other words, did it work before and now it does not work or are you trying to make something work for the first time.

 Thanx for your response  , and yes its just deliverd from SIEMENS and the first time to work on it .

Then I would call them and have them either

1.  Fix it

2.  Train you how it is supposed to work

I would assume it was tested before it shipped, so there are probably some commissioning tasks that still are left to be done.

I don't think this forum is the proper place to help you resolve these problems.  Forums are good for asking individual, targeted questions, but not so good at my system does not work please help.

I think your problem is there is commissioning to be done and you probably have multiple alarms.  This is a problem best solved by your supplier.

 there is no alarms at all . and the HMI as i mensioned in the topic works perfect if u operate the system from the PLC I/O and the simulation of inputs and outputs appear at the HMI , but once I try to operate the system on the HMI itself nothing hapen on the HMI neither on the PLC I/O
