After power on, the PWR light and usb light will always be on, and the sd light will flash (it won't on after a period of time). My problem is that the x1 port cannot be connected ;cannot ping to 192.168.200.1 the sd card i use is sandisk ultra 16g. Somebody help me!!!

IF yes and it does not work either you can check if you have a MindConnect IoT2040 or an Engineering Sample. You can check that on the label on the right hand side of the IOT2000. Best regards!
