Have you tried to do a repair installation of the Simatic Manager. There hasn't been a newly released 300 or 400 cpu in a very long time, so they should all be available in the HW config of V5.5 with the latest SP and updates. The latest version: SIMATIC STEP 7 V5.5 SP4 and here you can get Hotfix 11 for it. |

Hello KOICHI; In Siemens world, a trial license gives you access to exactly the same software as the licensed one, for a period of 21 days. Once the trial period of 21 days is over, you need to license the software to be able to run it again. You do not need to install the software again, the license will install on the installed trial version. Look at this doument detailing the download of the trial version of Step 7 v16 for an example: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ca/en/view/109772803 Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
