Check in the System parameters of a TCP/IP driver that checkbox Cycle management by PLC is unselected (screen1). If you have selected in Logical Device name TCP/IP(Auto) (like in screen2) then try to switch to TCP/IP -> Broadcom. Attachment screen.zip (415 Downloads)

avk48 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello. Cycle management by TDC has been already switched off (unselected). Change of TCP/IP(Auto) to TCP/IP (no Auto) hasn't helped. Thanks.

avk48 Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	There are two HP DL380p Gen8 servers and two TDC CPU551 in this system. Problems are similar on both servers. We have other HP DL380p Gen8 servers which work with S7 controllers (via broadcom). There are no problems. But there other WinCC versions are used. There is an assumption that the problem at the TDC CPU551 level. But it isn't clear why the problem isn't reproduced when using the intel ethernet card. We analyzed the network traffic by Wireshark. There is a usual exchange of ip packets (S7COMM/COTP/TCP). But unexpectedly next packet from WinCC to TDC remains without answer. WinCC make seven attempts of TCP Retransmission, then reset connections (RST, ASK), and the answer from TDC comes after that (but already late - there was RST).
