Simodrive 611D alarms 300100 from all axies

Is it with 840D PL? What is display status on 840D NCU - 7 segment & LED?

Try disconnecting 1 by 1 flat ribbon cable (data bus) of the module from right to left side & see if the fault clears.

If I disconnect cable in any point before power on- alarm 300300 appears from driver where it was disconnected

I start trying disconnect cable as you recommend from last driver to first after this alarms.

 I am not 100% sure (need to see your picture for failed drive system). But if you have 300100 alarm and all drive units have red led. You should check the cable from NCK to the 1st 611D drive--drive bus(small D type connecter) if that cable is good condition and connecting good as well. I will let you replace the 1st 611D control card. (if you have no spare, try switching same type of card with other drive for test). after replaced 1st card, you will get other alarm#, post here.--I don't think your drive power supply issue.--direct check cable and 1st card.

300100 alarm from all units at the CNC is turned on

The specification states that "the power module is lost". However, the power supply gives the correct 60volt 20kHz. Trying to replace all the board control- no effect on the queue. Replaced NSK- the same result.

It seems that some module corrupts data on the bus ...

 Please confirm that defective control card is in the 1st position--the 1st control card is the one direct connect to  840C NCK CPU with a round cable (1st card connect to 2nd card by short  50mm flat cable normally and so on)

Please confirm --I gather information for that and this will help other people

PS: Just check your post, my own shop had one 840D PL controlled m/c--drive control card #17 defective--the HMI display alarm--"30006 Module with drive# 17 has not been found "

Problem solved.

It turned out to be a faulty one of the control cards in the axis module.

A defective power supply- were empty all of the electrolytic capacitors.
