SIMODRIVE 611U and 1FK7042-5AF21-1TA0 (Enter data)

Hi,
We have 611U - (6SN1123-1AB00-OHA1 + 6SN1118-0NK01-0AA1) and motor 1FK7042-5AF71-1TA0, motor damaged, we have another motor 1FK7042-5AF21-1TA0,
we need to use (at least temporarily) this motor!
I understand that this motor is not compatible with Simodrive 611U (motor 230V),
but yet another motor we do not have.
but we can try to enter the motor data
menu ->Motor selection->Motor-Enter data...
Earlier we already did and it worked well,
problem did the other person, which is now is not with us,
could you tell what kind of parameters I can try to change?
for example, how to say Simodrive 611U it uses the motor 230V?

the Simodrive 611USystem is only for 600V, therfore you have to change the Motor.

--I see your picture--it seems a form --how can you get this form--from OP display?

 I have SIMODRIVE 611U V14.1 and all settings I configured through this program (OP display not use);

We have Simodrive 611U - three motor control system:

• UE-MOD.I/E 5KW-G2 6SN1146-1AB00-0BA1

6SN1123-1AB00-OHA1 + 6SN1118-0NK01-0AA1 (master) + Motor1FK7042-5AF71-1TA0 +Motor1FK7042-5AF21-1TA0

6SN1123-1AA00-OHA1 + 6SN1118-1NJ01-0AA1 (slave) + Motor1FK7042-5AF21-1TA0

So in one system we have two motor 1FK7042-5AF71-1TA0 (267V) and one motor 1FK7042-5AF21-1TA0 (147V),

I configured the parameters for the 167V motor

motor stopped heated/sound

but I do not know how dangerous it is for the system in general

All parameters/nameplate etc. can be found in the annex.

I do not understand why technical support said that I can not use this motor 1FK7042-5AF21-1TA0 (147V) in our system6SN1123-1AB00-OHA1 + 6SN1118-0NK01-0AA1? than it is dangerous?

by normal this motor1FK7042-5AF21-1TA0 (147V) created for Sinamics 230V, but why it can not be used for Simodrive 611U (600 V DC).

if the power converter is enough for this engine what the problem?

but now I have other problems:

movement going in jerks (not smooth) (maybe need to reduce the proportional gain on the controller);

configure master / slave (as shown in Master-slave.png)

I will be glad of any help on these questions!!!

you main target is make m/c running. so here is my suggestion.

I answer your PM or email, but I am so busy did not check your pictures, sorry, after I see your picture for 1FK7042-5AF21-xxxx, I told you give up continue test, see my picture attached, that motor is not for SIMODRIVE 611U (or 611D) it is for sinamics 120, YOUR 5af41-- AND 5AF21- HAVE different generation , from start up sw to drive connect all NOT same, I did not see your motor body, is it encoder like DrivCliQ connection? post picture , only one for motor .

so my suggestion is looking for 1FK7042-5AF41-1AT0 motor , it is still in market , if no exact match --you can use 1fk70xx-5af41-1at0, a little larger or samller

that will help your make your m/c running quik. if you need help for looking spare motor or drive or power supply in the future , you can contact me.

Now My suggestion --the best way is looking for original motor in market , don't only think about money--your m/c down time is also money, and you can do this--exchange --use your new version motor change old version motor.

in this  motors installed Encoder systems - Multipole resolver 2-pole resolver,

converter Simodrive 611U understands this resolver, no any errors and calculates correct...

I agree with you that it is better to replace the motor!

But, the system worked without any problems with this motor a week, for unknown reasons damaged control board, we replaced it, but we do not have the last backup (set up other people),

so how can I explain to my superiors that we need to change the motor if earlier it was working with this motor???
