Then installed Simotion scout V4.4 HF2 (2 DVD) installled Good. Then Simotion Scout V4,4 HF2 Scout TIA (DVD 3 of Scout package) getting alarm Simotion Scout portal V13.0 first (Already installed) Then I get another software for comfort series panel Wincccomfort V13 (installed OK) again tried but still same message. ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 22452 Rating: (3030)	Hi, the only way ist to rollback to V13.0 without SP1 and use Scout TIA V4.4.0.2 or Scout TIA V4.4.0.4. Or you wait two week's for V4.4.0.5. And note that Scout TIA Updates are not in the automation software updater ! Regards Christoph

Caution Please note that SIMOTION SCOUT TIA V4.4 HF4 can only be installed with the Totally Integrated Automation Portal V13. Installation with V13 SP1 is not possible, and will only be supported by a future SIMOTION SCOUT TIA V4.4 HF. I think still I need to wait for HF5?
