Simotion Stop U mode

Can anyone tell me the reason for simotion stop u mode

i have tried to download the program after that also its in STOP U mode ,

I have tried with new CF card also but still same response

What maybe the reason for  program inconsistent , because its already running machine suddenly its gone to stop u mode

At present i does't have screens but during download of program ,download has been completed but its not allowing to  perform copy RAM to ROM,

Consistency Flag before download it was red/green 

After download its Green/Green

but not able to perform Copy RAM to ROM so if i power recycle means again its Red/Green

if you go online with the project in STOP U mode is the consistency Flag gren/grenn or Red/Green?

Do you have some screens?

In which circumstances this fault appeared?

Did you replace the controller or the Compact flash card?

Did you change anything on the network configuration(IP addresses)

using scout i have to do ?

or from card i have to delete ?

or using overall reset ? MRES?

I have tried using overall rest and power off/on 

then downloaded program but still same response (in stop mode, i switched to run mode but it goes only STOPU)
