i have problem with sinamics G120 CU240B-2DP drives warning alarm is coming A30016 (power unit: load supply switched out(23)) this alarm is displaying in the starter software because of this alarm drive ready condition is not enabling after manual reset from the panel the drive ready condition DO is not energising , after this DO energising from drive condition only Auxillary contact will pick up and given signal to the power unit then i can start the motor . if i upload other drive parameter data to PG and then download to this drive(target device) through online still the the problem exist , so kindly give me the precaution(remedy) for this issues as soon as possible waiting for the reply.

still my problem is not rectified for the issue forsinamics G120 CU240B-2DP(order no 6SL3244-0BB00-1PA0) VER-A06-4.3 In thisdrive warning alarm is coming A30016 (power unit: load supply switched out(23)warning alarm),so kindly give me the precaution(remedy) for this issues as soon as possible waiting for the reply.
