Sinamic cu320 Fault F01611

sofia Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	I am facing promlem on the sinamic drive system with three sinamic drive with encoders. Fault F01611 is displayed on HMI. Please help me out.

Acidos Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	As you probably know this fault is linked with drive based "Safety Integrated" I guess to evaluate solution Fault value (r0949) is needed. From Doc_On_DVD Re fault value = 1 to 5 and 7 to 999: - check the cross-checked data that resulted in a STOP F. - carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components. - upgrade the Motor Module software. - upgrade the Control Unit software. Re fault value = 6: - carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components. - upgrade the Motor Module software. - upgrade the Control Unit software. Re fault value = 1000: - check the EP terminal at the Motor Module (contact problems). Re fault value = 1001, 1002: - carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components. - upgrade the Motor Module software. - upgrade the Control Unit software. Re fault value = 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005: - check the tolerance time SGE changeover and if required, increase the value (p9650/p9850, p9652/p9852). - check the wiring of the safety-relevant inputs (SGE) (contact problems). - replace the Motor Module involved.

Drives_Coach Posts: 133 Rating: (13)	Hello, From the information you gave I am going to have to assume a few things. 1. That you are using a SINAMICS S120 multi-axis (common DC bus) drive system 2. That Safety Integrated "Safe Off" is being used The Safe Off has two channels one coming to the Motor Module and one to the CU320 controller. These probably come from a gate with two switches or ESTOP relay with two contacts. Both switches or contacts must transition low to high at the same time to be able to reset the fault. If the fault is occuring during operation than one of the switches is going low. Safety Integrated monitors both switches and they must transition together. Hope this helps
