We have replaced the fan and reset the parameter p251 to 0. But the warning is still active. How can i reset the warning? Greetings

Please check the status of r2124 to find out the exact cause of alarm. From it replace the fans & set p0251 & p0254 to zero. Please refer attached sheet for detail information on A30042. But the parameter p254 is not valid,which means i can't reset. I also checked r2124 and the above mentioned r949 but both show me a "0". Is there anything else left i can try to reset the alarm A30042? Thanks for your help! Kind regards.

Because A30042 is a warning r2124 is the right choice. A30042 doesn`t have a fault value of 0. Please have a look at r2122[x] and the corresponding r2124[x]. For example if r2122[4] shows A30042 r2124[4] provides corresponding the warning code.

But how can i reset this? i attached a photo of the parameters (sorry its in german...). The parameter p254 is unknown on our system. Any further suggestions? So you have to activate service level 4 to change the setting of p252 to 0 and back to 40000 again. Have you also performed RAMtoROM and a following PowerOn after setting p251 = 0?
