Sinamics DCM fault 60057

1. Have you locked motor during current controller optimisation?

Please provide DCM article number & connected motor nameplate details here.

Please refer SINAMICS DCM DC converters, Operating Instructions, Firmware Version V1.5 operating manual & SINAMICS DCM, List Manual, Firmware version 1.5 (based on 5.1 SP1) manual wherein you will get all parameter & fault related information.

1. yes we've locked motor with mechanical brakes, also swiched off the excitation winding.

we have two independent excitation DC motor(480kW, 1560A, 330V, 685rpm). Armature circuit are connected in series. 
Sinamics DCM 6RA8000-0MV62-0AA0-ZG00+G10+G20+L10+M08+S01 with an external power module(from local manufacture) in a separate cabinet.

ps after all, where can we see the decryption of the codes in 50047 parameter.  ([0] - "108.000" [1] - 11). in the documentation you listed earlier, isn't?

It looks like non standard application as such the fault code displayed in your case is not available in standard list manual.

Please check entered motor related parameters values & verify those are correct as per installed DC power module & motor nameplate rating/connection.  

BTW have you consulted Siemens before selection of CM with options for subject application?

I suggest you to contact your nearest Siemens service/support center or raise support request.
