Hello Cano; Have a look at the following Application file: SINAMICS S: Positioning of a S110 using S7-300/400 (STEP 7 V5) with PROFINET/PROFIBUS and Safety Integrated (via PROFIsafe and fail-safe inputs) Telegram 111 is descibed in chapter 7.1 of the pdf document included in the link, and you will find a sample program to go with it.
