To compare the data and the alarm list of same equipment  we connected to the control unit SINAMICS S120 CU320-2 DP V4.6 and downloaded the data to the PC.

Regarding fault code 30015 in the alarm list, we checked the connection of cables to the power unit, junction box, terminal box of an induction motor.

The insulation resistance of the cable and the asynchronous motor was tested.

A07496 – please help how to solve that issue

Was Compared  parameters between GTGB pilot gas valve and GTGC pilot gas valve. differences in the parameter P2525.

is it affect to normal operating pilot gas valve? (see attached pic)

This problem has existed since the machine was commissioned.

I had a look at your project. I cannot say what is exactly the reason for your problem.

The warning says that the enable signal for EPOS is missing (p2656 is not given). p2656 is connected to r2526.3 which means "position control active" and position control is activated by r899.2 (drive enabled). So this means the position control and the EPOS should be enabled when the drive is switched on.

What I see is that you have a DCC logic for enabling the drive and for selecting MDI etc.

What I could imagine is that, maybe both signals are coming at the same time or maybe even MDI enable comes earlier than the drive enable. I cannot check the DCC logic as the sources were not uploaded. So please check the signal flow and ensure that you first enable the axis (r21710 gets 1) -> then position controller (r2526.3) gets active and also the EPOS is enabled. Then select MDI or any other mode you want to operate the EPOS.

And: in the alarm history I also saw a lot of amplitude errors for the encoder which leads to actual position is not valid, which also leads to the state that the position controller is not enabled anymore.
