This depends if you encoder is incremental or absolute. If incremental use MC_Home mode: 3 and set active homing to 'Zero mark via PROFIdrive telegram and reference cam' if your using digital input to mark the home position - keep in mind that it will look for encoder zero mark after reaching the digital input, if that's not suitable for your application then select: 'Zero mark via digital input' If absolute the use MC_Home mode: 7. This will store axis CURRENT position as Home when triggered. Please refer to TIA Help to get more info on MC_Home.
