cliff-accu Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have a 840C giving me the above error message. The detailed maessage from diagnosics is as follows 006F 0400 0300 0200 0100. I have tried a general reset and reloading PLC program with no success. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks, Cliff

nulizhang Platinum Expert Joined: 10/17/2007 Last visit: 9/17/2024 Posts: 4031 Rating: (353)	peter.wang Dear cliff, this case,pls check the I/O module.DMP,KEYBOARD interface module,HHU ETC! yes, Cliff Peter is right! check your 3rd DMP it maybe HHU or MCP interface. they may have a defective power supply. if you need spare parts or want to fix defective DMP/HHU/MCP interface etc. PM me. The details in the PLC diagnosis area is given below Cause Additional details 00A0 0401 0E00 6400 0000 Please explain the cause and remedy for this problem. Once we do NCK reset the system goes to working condition. But the problem is such alarm appears often.

SharadAlase Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir We are also facing same problem we have replaced ,DMP modules , Siemens 6FC5103-0AD21-0AA0 (SINUMERIK 840C/ 840CE/ 805 HANDHELD It is observed that 0.4 Amp fuse blows on MCP ,jog key panel. After replacing fuse machines starts but some times it takes more than four to five hours to rest alarm. Please share experience , Thanks Sharad

cliff-accu Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear Sir, I found that a fuse to the 24 volt power supply was blown. I replaced the fuse and have not had any other problems.
