SINUMERIK 840D NC version V4.4 upgrade problem !!urgent!!

Machine information and story 

SINUMERIK 840D NC version V4.4, HMI--MMC103 V4.4, ,,5 axis milling m/c

when purchased this 2nd hand m/c, they lost NC software card and NCU573.2 is defective

They purchase NCU 573.4 insert one NC software card V5.3 . NCU system working good.--under

Data as following--

 download 4 AXIS test NC and PLC  DATA to NCU. the data from NCU 573.4 seller 

system working good-- # 6 display, 2 green LED's on MMC103 good communication with NCU.

services display showing --NC version V5.3, MMC ver V4.4.22

The problem happen when--They download NC archive data from MMC103 to NCU--showing 5 Axis configuration System still working good,

But when they clean PLC , then download  PLC archive from MMC 103 to NCU, --when set S4 to 2 download can be finished. then set S3 to 0, PLC cannot start but

PS and PF LED on , they have no STEP 7 sw to diagnosis.

But I think the main problem will be old PLC archive is Version 4.x  PLC and now NCU system is V5.3 --they have conflict.

Now ask for help -to to if possible --something like upgrade NC system from Version 4.3 to Version 5.3 , how to deal PLC program?

Any suggestion will be thankful

add NCU picture not sure PS and PF led's are flashing or not

Add MMC 103 picture --not important --did not show NC version--But I know that is V54.

Please provide the MLFB numbers of defective NCU & new NCU i.e. which is used to replace defective NCU.

PS:red (not flashing)

Please provide the MLFB numbers of defective NCU & new NCU i.e. which is used to replace defective NCU. 

I'm not 100% sure if this is the numbers you need.

If its not these numbers can you guide me where to look.

OLD NCU

New NCU.

NCU 573.4 650MHz 64MB 6FC5357-OBB34-0AA0  A5E00273011 VER. B

The MMC version is the same as the picture.

NCU 573.2 is with PLC 314 & NCU 573.4 is with PLC 314-C & that is the main problem. User need to add appropriate SDB. For more information please check this FAQ.

I just wanted to add.

every time we try upload PLC dont matter what plc we have. when it comes to the plc file

OE00015: communication error #200#

this happens every time we try upload PLC.arc file.

I also attach the PLC.arc file.

Will it be possible to obtain a copy of that correct PLC-314-C and use that?

What is SDB?
