Sinumerik 840D, skip reference msg

Dear  all 

We have one machine huron with siemens 840d .

We want to bypass the c axis completely . I tried but not success maybe there is some other settings

in parameters.

I only changes MD 30200 FROM 2 TO 0 but axis is bypass only after this changing c axis is not 

working but machine still asking for the c axis reference 

Can please suggest to skip reference msg for making machine operational at auto mode.
