mazentuma Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	hallo please help me i have a problem with a control Sinumerik SBL 500 in a machine the alarm is : ( 25201 Axis z1 drive fault ) can somebody help me ? thank you . ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Sinumerik 840D, Axis C problem, alarms 300507, 25201, 21612 appear.

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (878)	mazentuma the alarm is : ( 25201 Axis z1 drive fault ) Hello mazentuma, 25201 is common NCK alarm which means Z1 drive has signal aserious fault. Along with this drive check if alarms with number 300XXX is displayed. The alarm number 300XXX & its fault code will help to identify the nature of fault, e.g. is it current measuring circuit error or power section heat temp exceeded or speed controller at its limit etc. etc. Also please check if Z axis is mechanics is jam or tight. PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/14/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (878)	Hello mazentuma, Alarm 300608 = Speed controller at limit, means speed controller out put stays at its limit for too long time, check if the mchanical load is too high, motor is jam (Brake not released), etc. etc. PLease check if MD 1605, 1606 & 1105 & refer those with original data back up. HTH.

In DRIVE MD screen press vertical softkey AXIS + or AXIS - keys so that you could acess drive Z parameters. After axis Z screen is displayed, use search vertical softkey & in pop window enter the desired MD number & press OK button. HTH.

Do you have spare drive (power section) and control card-611D? you have ability to switch drive or control card to test? --MD is the last one to be checked if you are user. mazentuma Hallo piscean2010 please help me to access to the window values MD1605 & 1606 step by step ^_^ Thank you for your help.

mazentuma Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello piscean2010 After changing the new parameters: FDD MD1605 = 200 ms MD1606 = 8000 rpm Previous values = 000 A new problem has emerge (When the machine is run with the MDA program) and after about two hours stopped the spindle , feed and show the alarmmessage {25040 Axis X1 standstill monitoring} i press [Reset] then [start] suddenly stopped hard the machine and show this alarm message {21612 channel 1 axis x/x1 VDI-signal erset during traverse motion} after almost a minute display Message { 600300 ATTENTION إإإ Gripping error } _ everything i write is repeated many times _ please help again note 1: always when the machine stops axis X drop down 1,4mm with sound hard it is normsl ? note 2: the picture attached is page alarm massege Attachment mmmmmm.JPG (475 Downloads)

mazentuma Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	hallo nulizhang 1st- in fact there is someone touch values MD before i came . 2- when the machine start , it works normaly for about one houre , then suddenly stop hardly and this alarm massage show(25201), to start it again i have to power off all machine and poweron againe , but after that it is stoppertinacity in close times and same alarm massage(25201)show 3- i dont have spare drive(power section)or contro card thank you

Whenever you try to solve one problem, lands into anoter one. So to solve this problem once for all, I suggest you to reload the machine back up. Please ensure you have good working machine back up. Or other wise trial & error methods like the present one, will cost you time & machine down time. HTH.
