SIPLUS 1516 6AG1 516-3AN00-2AB0 firmware

Hello,

Does the SIPLUS 1516 CPU 6AG1 516-3AN00-2AB0 have a 2.0 firmware version available?  I am using Step7 Professional V14 Upd2.

The highest FW available for 516-3AN00 is V1.8.5 today.

To load a FW 2.0, you would need the hardware 516-3AN01

And you cannot upgrade a 516-3NA00 hardware to 516-3NA01 by yourself.

But the V1.8.5 version can be used together with TIA V14.
You just have to select the right hardware in the hardware catalog of TIA.
And TIA will know what HW/FW combination is possible.

Thank you for the response. My issue is I need the following feature in the SIPLUS version of the 1516 CPU:

New features with firmware V2.0

CPU:

• The PROFINET interface X2 (provided on each CPU as from CPU 1515) can be used for PROFINET RT (Controller or iDevice).

Is there any time line for a 1516 6AG1 516-3AN01 firmware version 2.0?

for the SIPLUS PLC you use the same FW Files like the non SIPLUS.

Where can I find the support package for the SIPLUS 1516 3AN01 CPU?  I cannot see this CPU in my hardware table.
