mraheem Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Every time I connect my siwarex the red led(DIAG) is on and gives me some errors which is shown in the attached image. 1- low limit violated when i connect sense + and - with exc + and - . 2- ( CPU error: New I/O access error during process image update output 104 (16 Bytes) will temporarily not be updated as part of process image PIP 0 PLC_1 / SIWAREX WP231.). pls i need help in connecting, configuration and programming iam using cpu 1200 1214 dc/dc/dc and SIWAREX WP231. and TIA Portal 15.1. ty all^_^ Attachment Capture45454.JPG (200 Downloads)

Siwarexi Gold Expert Joined: 1/4/2007 Last visit: 12/8/2023 Posts: 1071 Rating: (165)	Hello mraheem, When you take a look to the WP231: 1. What can you see at the LED „LC“ (LC = load cell)? Is this LED green or red? If your load cell is connected correctly to the WP231 module, this LED is green. 2. Did you connect 24 VDC to the WP241 module? 3. Can you post a photo with the LEDs and your wiring at the WP231? Best regards Siwarexi

I Connected the Load cell with SWAREX still Red LED . 2.Yes ,connect 24 VDC to the WP241 module from Siemens Power supply allready that is used with PLC and another module . 3.this photo for LEDs without connect Load cell But if i Connect Load cell to SWAREX still Red LED but some LEDs it changed , i will take another photo for that is status Attachment Screenshot_20201029-202611.png (202 Downloads)

Into the manual of the WP231, you can find in chapter 6.4.2 how to connect a load cell to the WP231 module: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109780855 Best regards Siwarexi

Siwarexi Gold Expert Joined: 1/4/2007 Last visit: 12/8/2023 Posts: 1071 Rating: (165)	Hello mraheem, Can you measure the voltage between: - EXC+ and EXC-: the voltage has to be approximately 5 VDC - SEN+ and SEN-: the voltage has to be approximately 5 VDC - SIG+ and SIG-: the voltage has to be 0 … +10 mVDC (depending on the load of the load cell) Best regards Siwarexi
