Hello Nashwa_459, The easiest way is to do the calibration with the Siwatool software. The procedure for a calibration is described into the attached file into the chapter 4 (especially chapter 4.2). You have to do the calibartion only for one-time. With the command “Tare” the net weight shows a weight of “0”. You can reset the command “Tare” with the command “Delete tare”. Afterwards you see again the gros-weight. Best regards Siwarexi AttachmentSIWAREX_MS_Quick Guide_V4.0.pdf (167 Downloads) |

Hello Nashwa_459, the calibration procedure you only need to do once. The calibration can be made by S7 (Panel) or with Siwatool. How to do it you can see here http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/40965488. You can tare the scale, after taring the net weight of the scale shows 0, the gros weight still shows the actual weight of the scale. This can be used if you do a mix, you fill in the first component, the you tare and then fill in the next component, the net weight will show now the weight of only the second component and the gros weight shows the weight of the complete mix.
