Hello panthripu, if you have a "new" Siwarex U 7MH4950-* you can download a getting started project from the internet. In this project you have a WinCCflexible configuration that allowes you to calibrate the Siwarex U via panel. You just need to adapt this to WinCC. Hello panthripu, if you have no possability to look into the example project, youmay have a look to the manual. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/28392477 In chapter 5.2 data record (DR) 3 (channel 1)and 4 (channel 2)are explained. In this DR you have to do the basic settings like characteristic value... and the adjustment weight. Then you have to transfer these data to the Siwarex with command 403 (DR3) or 404 (DR4). After this: 1. you have to empty the scale 2. Do the zero adjustment with command 1 (channel 1) or 101 (channel 2) 3. Load the adjustment weight (defined in DR3/4) to the scale 4. Do the load adjustment with command 2 (channel 1) or 102 (channel 2) The commands are explained in chapter 5 of the manual. If you use the program structure like in the example program, for a command you load the command code to DBW34 and set the trigger DBX36.0. If the command is excecuted the trigger will be reset and on of the bits DBX36.2 (command excecuted without error) or DBX36.3 (command excecuted with error) will be set for one cycle. I hope this helped you Regards ABenno |
