Siwatool GUI file is missing after new installation

My problem is, that after new installation, when I'm trying to open Siwatool, any GUI file is missing. The text of exception: *SIWATool GUI File:C:\\..........Local\Temp\SIWAToolV7\Data\SIWA_GUI.sdf is missing, can not start without that File!*** I installed it already three times. After that according any tip from forum I deleted directories in ProgramFiles, ProgramData and AppData as well, but after next instalation is the situation the same. The directory, where the file should be placed, is empty. The instalation has been started as administrator. Many thanks for any tip. Best regards Josef

At first, copy the whole software to your local PC. 2. Please remove once again your "old" Siwatool V7 software into the operating system Windows: 1. the software "SIWATool V7" 2. the software "SIWATool Firmware All WP Devices"<- VERY IMPORTANT! 3. delete the following folders: "SIWATool V7" in the directory C:\Program Files (x86) “SIWATool V7“ in the directory C:\ProgramData (ProgramData is a hidden folder) ) “SIWATool7“ in the directory C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local (AppData is a hidden folder) ) 4. Install the new software: Execute the file "SIWATool_V7_Setup.exe" with a mouse right click-->run as administrator. * How to show a hidden folder: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files Best regards Siwarexi

I made the same procedure already before, but without uninstall off the Firmware for all WP devices. Probably it was the real problem. Best regards JBee
