SIWREX MS does NOT work reliable!

zani2 Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	I checked ,Everything is ok ,I also checked wiring.Error occur randomly?!! after several hours may occur.there is no wiring problem. Can LINE voltage(220VAC) may causes this event?

As well the behavior with the cpu cycle above 500 ms it can happen when the power supply of the cpu OR the siwarex ms breaks down for a moment. a friend of mine attached two siwarex ms to one cpu 226 this weekend and theiy are working absolutely without any errors. could you attach your user program please? please tell me the mlfb of your cpu 226. I want you to ensure several points before thinking about a next step. 1. check the siwarex ms module via siwatool for received errors 2. check the lifebit error (in your case V6018.0 and V7018.0). please set an flag to notice those bits, because they flash only once when the error appears! 3. check your siwarex ms for module errors via PLC/Informations in micro/win. 4. When the error appears, please have a look to VB6007 and VB7007. The value of those variables have to be changed rapidly. Is there a stillstand during your error happens? What powersuply do you use for your system? How offen occurs the error? And when the error occurs is it static?????? cu Lifrasil

zani2 Posts: 15 Rating: (1)	After 6~7 hours after good operation only one of two modules(the first one) starts to flashing(RUN LED -Green color) .After that PLC read zero as ADC output (unfiltered ADC value)from it! I used unfiltered 16bit ADC value and convert it to engineering units in my program.(because I do not have SIWATOOL FULL software). The RUN LED flashes and PLC read zero.It remains in this state forever,Error is STATIC.If I power off the system and again power up it,everything is OK and works good for several hours until gain RUN LED start flashing. I used LOGO Power (Siemens 24VDC 1.5A power supply of LOGO PLCs ). My system have 1 CPU226-relay,2 DI16/DO16 relaymodule,2 Siwarex MS,1 TD200

Did you attach any cable to the eight clamp from the left side? its a symbol like a inverted "T". see you....
