SMM drive

Dear Experts,

We had a problem in SMM module of our system.

When connected online, the drive shows“A07409 Drive: U/f control, current limiting controller active”

And the warning is flickering(approx. 2 sec once) when we run the motor.

The motor output rotation video is attached.

We checked the remedies as below:

1. increase current limit (p0640)     –increased the current limit upto 15%
2. reduce the load                                                -disassembled all possible loads
3. Slow down the ramp up to the setpoint speed –increased from 10 sec to 20 sec

But still the warning occurs.

Kindly advise us on the possible steps to be taken.

In this case, it can be hardware fault?
