SMS with CP 1242-7 V2

Hello dear experts!

After countless tries and many hours of unsuccessful work I don't know what to do. I haven't found suitable theads in this forum.

• I want to set up a simple application to send a SMS (CPU 1214C Firmware 4.2, CP 1242-7 V2 Firmware 2.1, TIA V14 SP1).
• The SIM card ist tested with a mobile phone. I deactivated the PIN.
• The connection of the CP to the network provider is established (green LEDs: DIAG, Network, Signal quality).
• Hardware ID should be 269 (first number in system constants of the CP).
• A data block smsDat with TCON_Phone is declared.
• The Main program consists of TC_CON block with data from smsDat.
• TC_CON should be activated with a simple input switch I0.1.
• TC_CON can be checked with Qx.y outputs for BUSY, DONE and ERROR, respectively.

What the application does: when REQ is set to 1 the outputs for BUSY and ERROR are activated for a fraction of a second. The STATUS is always 7000h. Nothing else happens. Equal results with TC_SEND and TC_DISCON.

Do you have any ideas?

I didn't want to use an extra library for this simple task, but I read the document. Then I tried the function block TSEND_C instead of TC_CON and now it works perfectly.
