speed controller inhibited

Hello.

I'm using Sinamics Starter to configure my servos. I did automatic configuration and i changed p864(1) on both. The first one is working properly, but the real problem is when i try to move the second one. In diagnostics there are couple things (there is print screen down). It says that off1 enable is missing and speed controller inhibited.

I managed to find the partial solution to my problem. It is in Expert list and some parameters are missing ( there are 0). Also i cant set p10 to 0 (currently 1-quick commissioning). I'm wondering why some of the parameters are set automatically with the first drive and not the second.

I'm using cu 320-2 PN. 

Modules: smart line 6SL3130-6AE15-0AB1 and  double motor module 6SL3120-2TE13-0AA4

Motors: 1FK7022-5AK71-1LGO and 1FK7022-5AK71-1AG0 (it is the one that is not working currently)(encoder IC 2048S/RL22)

When i try to set p10 to 0 it says value rejected.

Hello SPetkoski,

You should check motor data like voltage, current etc. there must be some wrong values, which is stopping you from exiting the quick commissioning mode. Try also ending quick commissioning with P3900=3. You can also try commissioning wizard for guided commissioning.

I tried to set p3900=3 but after couple of seconds is back to p3900=0.

Comparing the expert lists on my two drives I've noticed that there are some parameters missing in my second drive that parameters are set to 0. I've found it strange because those parameters (the picture below) were automatically set to some values in my first drive but in the second there are all zeros.
