speed is different before / after ramp-function generator

What could be the problem when the speed after the ramp-function generator is lower than the speed before the function, while the motor is running?

The only way to set both speeds the same is bypassing the ramp-function generator.

At first we thought it was a faulty CU320 and so we changed it, but after a week we have the same problem.

The only thing missing in the original screenshot is what is happening inside the RFG?  Click the box and see if you find the answer staring at you.

According to Starter help, this function diagram may help:  Setpoint channel - Simple ramp-function generator - 3060

It says the RFG output is clipped or limited to the value in p1082.

Check the value in p1082 and adjust to match your requirements and motor specifications.

p1082 is set to 2250, so unfortunatly this is also not the fault :(

Have you looked at the function diagram for your CU and DO configuration to see all the things that contribute to that display value?

Does it ramp up to max rpm ok?  Or is it just at one specific RPM things are strange?
