Regards, Ekalavya Hi, Card has been re commissioned, now the speed is matching. But some rubbing noise is in the motor, without rotating the motor.Could any one judge what may be the problem?

Regards, Ekalavya I is not Bearing noise because before Spindle rotating ,i can hear that noise.Noise is like rotor rotating forward & reverse. Ok i will check these parameters.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (482)	Hello, Disconnect the motor and checked in JOG...if still noise is coming then you need check the motor bearing....also keep small metalic rod piece on surface of the motor try to rotate the motorshaft by hand if you hear noise then you need to check the bearing... Regards, Ekalavya When i enable 64,9 the sound get startes.Last month only we have changed the bearing of the motor.Without out rotating the motor i am getting the sound.
