Hi SOON, to control drives like MM4x via Profibus you need a profibus master. The EM277 is a Probus Slave no a master. There is no Profbus master avaliable for the S7-200. If you want then you use gateways like ( www.anybus.com ) Use the USS protocoll. With USS-Protocol you can control up to 31 drives. Have a look to this URL. Here you can find more information. please note there are several examples how to use the USS-protocol. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/21690362 You can also find information in the S7-200 system manual at chapter 11. I hope this helps. Regards Helmut |

Hi Soon, you can not use the profibus possibility with the S7-200 because for the S7-200 there is no profibus Master avaliable! You can use gateways ( www.anybus.com ) but this is a seperate HW and not from Siemens. USS is the only possibility S7-200 offers if you need to communicate via network to drives. Have a look to the S7-200 system manual. At chapter 11 you will find more informations. I hope this helps. Regards Helmut |
