Greetings,We are testing TIA V16, but for startdrive V16 update1, I cannot install it, even I installed TIA Portal V16 upd1. This is log: Is this normal? Hi C.Change I had the same problem, too. Check other log files, I find this on "Patch.merger.log": --------------------------------------------- Logger Start --------------------------------------------- But I still don't understand which is the problem... I install all TIA V16 (Step7 professional, WinCC Advanced, Safety, etc... and startdrive V16, too) without any problem. Also the other UPD1 pachage I install without trouble. Thank you. I had made the Support Request, hoping it helps. I thought it may be solved and did not want disturb Siemens support team. If I get a solution, I will update here ASAP. Edit: I had made a SR, a good siemens guy made a call to ask me about details, he will ask for developing division and forward my logs (about 139mb in zip) for any help, for now, I could only wait. TIA Portal V16 will work without startdrive V16 update1, which is lucky, because it may be not working as not same TIA Portal update version... Best Regards. |
