Starter v53_Error

As i am opening my project in starter every time i am getting this error. "This project or library was changed using tools of the windows explorer. The data for access protection has been modified to such an extend that it is no longer possible to open the project or library."

this message show that your project was corrupted by changing data from another Software. Check this link may be helpful:
