step 7 professional 2010 sr3 setup problem

And this is not first for me setup step 7 pro. 2010 sr3to win 7 pro. 64 bit operating system (my old notebook). Best regards. may be there is something wrong or missing with your source installation file try to install it on another pc to insure that the source file is ok As far As I understand, There is a Problem with installation in new notebook. The User has already installed in his old notebook as per his above post. So i feel Source file is ok.

So i feel Source file is ok. i meant may be source file missed some files when it has been copied to his new laptop and i suggested to try the same source on his new laptop on another pc in case he is using a DVD then the source file is ok

In any case, please check the following tips. Information on the topic of "Installing and upgrading software" Why can't STEP 7 be installed because of NCM? Which settings and procedures are to be observed with regard to InstallShield when installing STEP 7? Tips and tricks for installing and upgrading software in STEP 7 Hope this helps.

I tried all the ways; I changed the regional settings to English. I disabled windows firewall (windows defender). I did not setup any antivirus programm. I checked the tips&tricks to setup step7. I tried my step 7 2010 sr3 pro. dvd with another laptop using win 7 pro. sp1 64 bit (same os), no problem has occured. So source file of dvd is okay.I setup TIA PORTAL V13 . I didn't meet any problem.TIA PORTAL SETUP was successfull. Bu Step 7 2010 sr3 pro. setup is unsuccessfull. After a while it give "HSP Verwaltungsprogramm" error..As I attached the screenshot; there are some hints.. For example s7hspinx.exe, Appcrash, kernel.dll .. I don't know now what I have to do..... May be register repair tools..Like regtweaker.....But why I have to use this tools.... I am looking forward to hear your solutions, advices.. Best regards.

Hello, It seems that you have to uninstall Step 7 SW with cleaning registery. And then try to install it. How do you uninstall STEP 7 completely, including all the software packages? Ihope you will sucess this time.

I was trying to setup software by using my laptop's own dvd-rom.Yesterday I tried an external dvd-rom.Step 7 2010 sp3 pro. setup successfully completed. I tried software. There was no problem. Namely the problem is my laptop' s dvd-rom. But the thing that I don't understand is dvd-rom is starting setup,reading dvd and other dvds.Why my laptop' s dvd writer couldn't be able to reach some files in the dvd. And the other question is that step 7 setup facing a file reading error. But setup doesn't inform you about accessing the file.Information sends you another ways..That's very interesting. Before I faced a problem like this with LOGO! software. My old laptop's dvd has no problem. But it doesn't able to read dvd. So I used external dvd-rom. It was very easy. But this time I waste alot of time...Because my new laptop dvd-rom was reading dvd...My laptop is new (2014 product).So I didn't wake up like the other situation. Anyway..Thank you everybody. But I understood that first I had to copy SIEMENS dvd to my harddisk. If it is successfull then I can continue setup.. Best regards...
