It is not always possible to view STL-->>LAD because STL is the statement list ofinstructionswhich may not contain neccessary statement to convert it into LAD. However LAD can be completely converted into STL. See the following important FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/16726454 regards, rit03 |

Hello Tomy; STL is a "litteral" language, where you use statements and instructions line by line, and does nopt have to follow the same strict guidelines as "graphical" languages such as LAD or FBD. The following link will show you some of these rules, with these and a list of STL instructions (see the online help of Step 7, for example)you should be able to organise most of your STL code so it can be "viewed" in LAD, for example. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/16726454 Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
