STL - When try to convert it to ladder it doesn't happen

I have a strange issue in conversion between STL and Ladder

The next instruction is in STL when i try to convert it to ladder it doesn't happen,

it is very simple but i dont know what happen?

A     m10.0
O     "m11.0
O     "m12.0
A     "T       5"
=    m20.0
I make a simulation for this and i found that M10.0, M11.0 and M12.0 are "OR" Operation any signal comes from any it will make M20.0=1  that is if T5=1

so I want to know why he write "OR" operation starts with "A"??

what's happens if I write the previous instruction As follows:

O     m10.0
O     "m11.0
O     "m12.0
A     "T       5"
=    m20.0
??
