Supplying manual setpoint from DCC chart

sistarter Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	has anyone supplied the setpoint from within DCC chart for SINAMICS S 120 drives. I want to configure the manual setpoint from within DCC itself rather than sending from PLC.

Drives_Coach Posts: 133 Rating: (12)	Hello, If you are just writing logic in the DCC charts and sending to the speed setpoint this should be no problem. Attached is a sample DCCchart where I had two analog setpoints and I used binary switches to choose the setpoint going to the ramp generator. Attachment Chart.pdf (147 Downloads)

sistarter Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	thank you very much for the relpy. infact i had done something similar but where i am facing a problem currently is in directly being able to read a spare word on the telegram PZD which is in my case is being relased by a PLC. so i avail the option of run time execution after IF1 PZD word to ensure the spare control word is released. this initialyy is nothing but an enable to a DCC chart FBD which manually configures the setpoint. any idea how i can read an entire space word into a DCC chart address connection because when i open the connect to menu i do not see any parameters for the PZD telegram or i must have faltered in my approach somewhere.
